I had to do today is, my dentist to me painkillers and said he hurts for 2 days off! But the pain is killing me, how long do you really need?

This is not so bad. A little pain for a few days. As you said you a prescription for anti-pain pills, which is even easier. Make sure to take them. I am sure that in three days that feel easy.
I had been injured a total of 4 root canals than 8 years.I have never myself ...... The technology is such that it should not hurt ........... Why? ........ because it does not injure roots.
