Hypersomnia And Elderly Will Energy Drinks Help With Hypersomnia?

Will energy drinks help with Hypersomnia? - hypersomnia and elderly

I hypersomnia. I was on several medications, and help any of them, including Provigil.

I have never tried an energy drink, because people say they are like drug addicts. If you help to sleep with this feeling of having all the time, I'm willing to try it. I'm too tired to sleep!

Has anyone hypersomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, etc. .. and relieves energy drinks?

Sports drinks can be full of sugar and, in essence, that what it's them. A report to say how you are sugar energy, but when it disappears, can be worse than before. May what you see is "nutritional drinks" instead. You can full of vitamins and minerals (and some may have too much sugar). You should consult your doctor about the daily vitamins and drink to ask to be careful.
