I want to the Club of Toronto, roller skating rink (http://torontoinlinespeed.com/). They are a club speed, but most local shops known to sell that to skateboards.
Also http://www.hammertoronto.com/skateparks. ... A list of skate parks. They know where the locals go for the equipment and knowledge.
