There are lots of text to speech software, but I've never had a voice to text program.
Must be trained as a speech-recognition software on the voice (an example is the formation of his cell phone to recognize your voice), it would be difficult to accurately translate text messages.
This does not mean it exists, but if you find them, will probably be very expensive.
